My PT was created on August 7th 2017 by Dr. Tom Naro. The goal of our company was to help clients reduce their pain and recover lost function as a result of an injury, illness, or disease. We originally were a mobile PT company performing House-Calls to private clients and On-Site Physical Therapy to commercial clients.
On September 1st 2019, we opened a brick-and-mortar Physical Therapy clinic. The My PT “Heal better, live better” clinic is located at 108 Congamond Road Southwick MA 01077. This is where we focus our practice today.
First time clients schedule an initial evaluation with Dr. Tom to learn about what services could be helpful and create a plan together. Follow up sessions emphasize treatment and recording results of progress. To learn more about the benefits of Physical Therapy visits our FAQ’s page.
How does My PT approach client care?
We simplified our approach to providing Custom Physical Therapy. First, clients are educated about their condition after an examination from a Doctor of Physical Therapy (PT). Second, to optimize healing, we teach how to prevent making the problem worse while still making progress with physical recovery.
And finally, PT treats the symptoms, balances muscle and joint function, and builds confidence in movement. Our personalized Home Exercise Programs train clients how to maintain functional alignment and control pain without prescription drugs.

We accept payment from Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and AUTO insurance. We also take cash, credit cards, and checks.
