Gift certificates are now Healing Scholarships!
My hope is that you are inspired to share the gift of healing better with someone you believe would accept treatment at My PT. A person in need of Custom Physical Therapy might have a new or long standing condition that affects their movement, creates musculoskeletal pain, and/or interferes with their physical function. This might be:
- The person who can’t afford PT outside of health insurance
- The person who is stubborn but obviously needs help
- The person who keeps listening to all of your My PT stories
- The person who works for you
- The person who works next to you
- The person who tells you about what hurts their every movement
Where did Healing Scholarships come from?
I was inspired to create an offer that extends a healing hand to someone in need, Healing Scholarships. This was for a couple of reasons. In 2025, a client purchased a membership plan for not just 1 family member, but 2 (adults with old injuries, joint wear and tear, stressful muscle tension). They wanted to share the same opportunity to heal better with their loved ones. Those 2 individuals received their Custom Physical Therapy care in 2026 provided by gift certificates to My PT.
The other push for the Healing Scholarships was after a conversation with a friend whose spouse benefits from ongoing physical therapy, but can’t receive the same level of care through their health insurance. My friend reminded me there is a community of people with disabilities that are looking for help where they might slip through the cracks of the healthcare system. The Healing Scholarship at My PT is one way to bridge the gap for some of these individuals.
